Make the Install Tool / Database Upgrade Wizard ignore database alterations for functionally equivalent field types / indexes when used with DBAL. This is required as some special MySQL native fields like TINYTEXT, TINY- and MEDIUMINT have no matching types and will get converted by ADOdb to a type that is able to store longer/bigger values. This patch makes the SqlSchemaMigrationService check with the DBAL Driver which field type/index definition will be used and updates the field type requested by the database compare to reflect the actual field type for the DBMS. The content object CONTENT has a construct to fetch records from the database overlaying version and language. This functionality can be used for multiple purposes and for that needs to be moved to the ContentObjectRenderer. Commit 3e2d72d3 introduced a generic editlock mechanism for all record types. If a page is locked for editing, all the content elements are also locked. The list module related part of that commit introduced a bug, which is fixed with this commit: the lock was also applied for admins, hence the edit icons were removed also for them. When updating translation packages, the local mirrors.xml.gz should be reused instead of being fetched again and again. The list of mirrors virtually never changes and is already updated when fetching the list of TER extensions in Extension Manager. It should thus be assumed that the local content is just correct and may be used safely.
