The PageRenderer is a Singleton and only one instance exists during runtime. This patch cleans up the usage and prevents sharing the PageRenderer object over public getters. This helps to improve the api and get rid of unnecessary functions. Deprecate renderMode in favor of a flexible deferred rendering of flash messages in the Fluid template. This means that flash messages should no longer contain HTML tags but only plain text, if rendered by the default rendering. The rendered output will by default now be a <ul> list. The usage of renderMode in the Core is removed and styles are adapted to match the previous output. The core is adapted to now use htmlspecialchars in a controller context for user input. Encoding is now taken care of during rendering of the Fluid template. In order to have a proper "way to do things" for extension developers to look up registration process the following parts were streamlined: - Discouraged usage of the pseudo-global variable $_EXTKEY inside ext_localconf.php and ext_tables.php in favor of strings. For module registrations this part was left out for now as module registration will be streamlined separately. - Use PHP5.5-style ::class in all occurrences instead of escaped strings for class names. - Use $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS'] instead of $TYPO3_CONF_VARS. The buttons in Web>List are split into two different groups: "primary" and "secondary". Primary buttons are always visible and represent the default RUD actions (Show, edit, hide, delete). This patch also modifies the "Extended view" (EV) behaviour, which affects the secondary buttons: If EV is disabled, the secondary buttons are invisible, but can be made visibile by hovering the trigger button. If EV is enabled, the secondary buttons are always visible. CSS rules for buttons in tables are now streamlined with the backend. The blue styling for checked checkboxes in tables is removed in favor of a cleaner implementation.
