[TASK] Update Guzzle to latest version (6.4.1)

Guzzle is our HTTP fetching library, which should
be updated to the latest version due to some
bugfixes regarding cookie handling.

Executed command:
	composer update guzzlehttp/guzzle --with-all-dependencies
