Corrects several whitespace related issues.

Special focus lies on files
* typo3/class.db_list_extra.inc (127 violations)
* typo3/template.php (148 violations)
* EXT: rtehtmlarea/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_base.php (129 violations)

Sonar / metrics terms to be improved:

* OpeningFunctionBraceKernighanRitchieSpaceBeforeBrace
* FunctionCallArgumentSpacingSpaceBeforeComma
* FunctionCallArgumentSpacingTooMuchSpaceAfterComma
* SemicolonSpacingIncorrect
