[TASK] Update display of "Form" module list view

* Align display of "References" table column with usual system display
* Increase size of "Location" table column
* Adjust action buttons displayed in table rows
* Use "Info" color for form duplication and references modals
* Update table, buttons and modal header in references modal
* Use "Danger" color for form deletion modal and update used wording
