[TASK] Update ext:styleguide to 8.0.13

This is probably the last version with v8 and v9
in sync before branching off styleguide v8.

Styleguide introduced a new table with 8.0.13, one
of the acceptance tests that uses a rather hard coded
xpath now needs a slightly different selector to cope
with that.
