[TASK] Update Fluid Standalone to latest version

This change updates fluid standalone to 2.6.9,
which solves some PCRE-related issues with recent
PHP versions.

Composer command used:

  composer update typo3fluid/fluid

Resolves: #90308
Releases: master, 9.5, 8.7
