Missing space between timestamp and timezone abbreviation added when EXT:form sends date/time value in HTTP header "Last-Modified:" in response to AJAX calls (saveAction and loadAction). This patch corrects the invalid date/time value and makes the HTTP header RFC2616-conform. The Ter.json template is needed to reload the extension table list after the extension information was reloaded. As this request is not useful (e.g. any search parameter stays in the input field, but the request doesn't filter anything), the template should be removed and the whole page should be reloaded afterwards. Due to commit https://review.typo3.org/40936/ the JavaScript loaded by the Extension Manager breaks because jQuery is run in noConflict() mode. This patch adds a new option within the ContainerViewHelper and PageRendererViewHelper to be able to set an alternative namespace for jQuery loading, allowing to have jQuery global again. Currently, the clear cache icon in the top menu only gets restored when the clearing process was successful. If the call fails for whatever reason, the spinner is shown until the backend is reloaded. Change the "success" handler to "complete" to always restore the original icon.
