[BUGFIX] Deprecation free \ArrayAccess and \Iterator in QueryResult

Set #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] and corresponding @todo comments to
methods of implemented interfaces in ext:extbase QueryResult to
avoid deprecation messages without breaking compatibility.
