[TASK] Clean up phpDoc comments in typo3/

Clean up phpDoc comments for the following classes:

* typo3/index.php
* typo3/index_re.php
* typo3/init.php
* typo3/listframe_loader.php
* typo3/login_frameset.php
* typo3/logout.php
* typo3/mod.php
* typo3/move_el.php

Clean up provides:

* Provide correct parameter names in phpDoc
* Provide correct data types in phpDoc
* CGLify phpDoc (remove tabs)
