[TASK] runTests.sh: Minor cleanups

* Run postgres with hard coded user to avoid connection isssues
* Add some missing reports.xml for acceptance tests
* The tmpfs for mssql is useless since the db's are stored in
  var/opt/mssql, not var/lib/mssql
* A misleading todo
