[TASK] gitlab-ci: Enable FF_SCRIPT_SECTIONS flag

A new flag adds more "timing bubbles" in job runs.
It helps finding slow commands more easily and
is useful with jobs that execute multiple runTests.sh
commands after each other, like the "integrity job".
