[BUGFIX] Fix sphinx warnings in previous changelog entries

Fixes Layout problems: Malformed lists, malformed
headlines, non-working links to documentation or
other changelogs.
Directive `:ts:` and `.. code-block:: ts` is only
used for typescript, exchanged it into `:typoscript:`
for typoscript examples.
