[!!!][TASK] Remove leftover unzipping core functionality

Before FAL was introduced the core could unzip
files into directories outside of the webroot.

However, this functionality is broken beyond real repair
and should be (if ever needed) be implemented properly
into FAL, not via the legacy ftpspace and webspace options.
