[TASK] Update ext:styleguide dependency

Update `ext:styleguide` to ensure it contains the changes
to avoid automatic TCA migration deprecation, because of
recently introduced associative array keys for TCA items
with #99739 and https://github.com/TYPO3/styleguide/pull/372
in `ext:styleguide`.
