[BUGFIX] Wait for element in page tree to disappear

Currently the clearFilterReloadsPageTreeWithoutFilterApplied
randomly fails due to a still existing element.
This seems to be caused by performance issues in CI.

This is now solved by waiting for the element to actually
disappear.
