[TASK] Skip colliding acceptance test

When ext:styleguide is merged into core monorepo,
there will be no more "casual" extensions in
typo3conf/ext. The "Scan extension files" check
in the install tool is then grayed out. The
acceptance test working on this is marked skipped
for now.
