[TASK] Refactoring of the QueryGenerator Interface Part 2 

Next step of QueryGenerator Refactoring.

Main goals:
- Remove all inline JavaScript
- Remove usage of TBE_EDITOR
- Introduce QueryGenerator AMD module
- Improve HTML output
- Improve styling
- Use htmlspecialchars for all output
