[BUGFIX] Add defaultTypoScript to hierachyInfo

Fixes a problem with the TemplateAnalyzer introduced by #43540

- Always add both defaultTypoScript_setup and defaultTypoScript_constants.
- Add information for defaultTypoScript into hierarchyInfo.
