[TASK] Update `core-testing-*` images version

New `core-testing-*` images has been build and released. [1]

This change update used image version to:

* core-testing-nodejs18:1.1.0
* core-testing-nodejs18-chrome:1.1.0
* core-testing-apache24:1.2.0

Additionally, the allowed npm engine in `Build/package.json`
is set accordingly.
