[TASK] Code cleanup ContextMenuConfiguration.php

backend/Classes/ContextMenu/Pagetree/Extdirect/ContextMenuConfiguration.php
To get it "green" in PhpStorm several changes were made:

- set correct parameter type in PhpDoc comment
- add missing return value
