[BUGFIX] Update typo3/cms-styleguide

With #97232 changes in ext:styleguide has been needed,
which has been provided with corresponding pull-request
for that extension.

Styleguide is updated to incorporate this change.

used command:
> composer u typo3/cms-styleguide
