[TASK] Avoid irre_tutorial in tests

We extracted all the single irre related test
variants to dedicated fixture extensions in
v12 already.

The remaining usages of irre_tutorial just
reset some TCA defaults. Those are now inlined
to consuming tests, rendering this fixture
extension obsolete.
