[FEATURE] Add .inline property to includeCSS/includeCSSLibs
If .inline is set, the contents of the css-file is inlined using <style>-tags. .inline implies .excludeFromConcatenation. .import takes precedence over .inline. The other properties of includeCSS still work if .inline is set.
