[TASK] Rework folder trees based on CSS only

Renders all folder and page trees in the same HTML
manner.

These are located in:
- Link Wizards
- RTE popups
- Select / Group Field Selector Popups (e.g. Insert Record)

Next steps:
- Rework the impexp tree
- Rework the Move Tree and the New Element Position Maps
- Add highlighting
- Simplify the calls to each method and remove
"old" parameters to methods, rename the methods
to make them speaking.
