[BUGFIX] Fix recipients checkboxes in "Send to stage" dialog

Classes and positioning of the recipients checkboxes
in the EXT:workspaces "Send to stage" dialog are
adjusted to be bootstrap 5 compatible, restoring
proper space between checkbox and label.
