[BUGFIX] Reduce CGL violations in class.tslib_fe.php

Fix/Reduce CGL violations "FunctionCallArgumentSpacingNoSpaceAfterComma"
in class.tslib_fe.php.

There are over 500 violations against this rule. This is fixed/reduced.
