[BUGFIX] Show update messages in "Upgrade Wizards" again

With the removal of jQuery in the Install Tool, the progress bar
indicating the loading progress overwrote the container output, flushing
any previously rendered info boxes.

Messages generated when an upgrade wizard succeeded are now rendered
into a separate container which can get flushed in a controlled manner.
