[BUGFIX] Deprecation free \ArrayAccess in LinkResult

Set #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] and corresponding @todo comments
to methods of implemented interfaces in ext:frontend LinkResult
to avoid deprecation messages without breaking compatibility.
