Unit tests with phpunit 10 are green for now.
We temporarily add them to the CI test suite
to ensure they don't break again.

This will be kept until other suites are green
as well, and further details have been sorted out.

We'll later ditch phpunit 9 entirely, but need
further patches, first.

> Build/Scripts/runTests.sh -s unit10

Note this changes composer.json and composer.lock
locally and needs to be used with care.
