Migrate own classes to namespaces

Auto migrate all defined classes following old style Tx_ExtName_... to new Vendor-Namespace.

We need to make sure, that it's possible to configure the Vendor through CLI, e.g. environment variable, or something else. This way the Sniff can be run against different folders / extensions that have the same vendor.
